Britas salon: El Perro Del Mar

For nearly twenty years, El Perro Del Mar has been one of Swedish pop music’s most distinctive artists. Now the internationally recognized singer and composer is coming to Carl Eldh’s Studio Museum for an intimate performance with music from her latest album “Big anonymous”, a mourning play about death. Among Eldh’s left plaster sculptures, one can listen to El Perro Del Mar’s artistic encounter between grandiose blackness and gothic melancholy echoes.

The concert is part of the project Brita’s salon, where the museum’s founder Brita Eldh’s initiative to organize cultural salons is revived together with invited artists, writers and musicians.

A limited number of tickets can be pre-booked for this evening. Ticket price SEK 200 includes entrance to the museum. The doors open at 18.00 when the museum offers refreshments outside on the loggia. The concert starts at 18.30, after which it is possible to see the collection and the ongoing exhibition Jag har skalat av mig by Melanie Kitti.
